I’ve come to a realization. But before that realization, I will need a bit of a backdrop. About two and a half years ago I began searching for a site to begin a blog. I soon found tumblr and thought it was the best and most appealing site to share my thoughts . This was before my generation had corrupted this site. My dashboard wasn’t nearly as active as it was now. It simply was other people blogging their emotions.
Now, I see that I’ve strayed from my original path (although, I have kept up a blog until around Sept 2010). This site has just become another mindless site for my generation to waste time on. No longer is it anything except redundant pictures and melancholy phrases that all have similar meanings. People are drowning themselves with self-pity and longing for what would not be. If that is not sad enough words, which were once abundant, have diminished. Now one is lucky to come across a paragraph written among the masses of pictures (let alone someone to spend the 30 seconds to read it).
What really pisses me off is people trying to keep tumblr a secret from facebook. You, idiots, have ruined it. I was an original tumblr user and knew how good this site was for sharing true, raw emotions (not just those of love, longing, lost love, frustration, etc), but rather those people encounter every day.
It’s now all about wasting time and using stupid pictures and pitiful succinct phrases. Everything beautiful about this site has been corrupted. And my generation, yet again, showed how they no longer have time to invest in anything that does not get directly to the point.
You tools.

Why are me and my friends planning to dress up as Sailor Moon characters for Animefest in Oct? hahaha.
